Voyage by Underdog Automotive – 2026 VIP SEMA Trip Sweepstakes

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING BEYOND THE NUMBER OF ENTRIES AWARDED UNDER THESE OFFICIAL RULES. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

Participation in this Sweepstakes constitutes Entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

1. Sponsor

This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with SEMA, Instagram, Facebook, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google, or any other social media platform.

2. Eligibility

Open only to:

Legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia.
At least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.
Able to legally travel within the United States.

Employees, owners, officers, immediate family members, and members of the same household of Underdog Automotive LLC are not eligible.

Winner and guest must satisfy all applicable SEMA attendee registration and admission requirements.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on:

July 13, 2026

9:00 AM Central Time

and ends on:

October 14, 2026
11:59 PM Central Time

Sponsor's computer shall serve as the official timekeeping device.

4. How to Enter

A. Merchandise Purchase

During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible participants will automatically receive Sweepstakes entries for qualifying merchandise purchased through the Underdog Automotive online store.

Each qualifying purchase will receive Sweepstakes entries at the entry rate advertised by Underdog Automotive at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise announced, the standard entry rate is five (5) Sweepstakes entries for every $1.00 USD spent (excluding taxes and shipping).

From time to time during the Sweepstakes Period, Sponsor may offer promotional entry multipliers (such as 10X, 25X, 50X, 1,000X, 20,000X or similar) for limited promotional periods. Any such promotional multiplier will apply only during the advertised promotional period and only to qualifying purchases completed during that period.

B. Free Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE)

No purchase is necessary.

Each eligible participant may receive one (1) free Sweepstakes entry using this method.

Incomplete, illegible, false, or duplicate entries may be disqualified.

5. Entry Conditions

By entering, participants certify that:

All information submitted is accurate.
They meet all eligibility requirements.
They are entering on their own behalf.

The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify anyone who:

Uses fraudulent methods.
Attempts to manipulate the Sweepstakes.
Uses multiple identities.
Creates fake accounts.
Violates these Official Rules.
Engages in abusive, deceptive, or disruptive conduct.

Automated entry systems, bots, scripts, or similar technologies are prohibited.

6. Prize

One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded.

The prize consists of:

Two (2) SEMA attendee badges (subject to SEMA approval) for Friday of event
Round-trip economy airfare for winner and one guest
Hotel accommodations selected by Sponsor
VIP experience with the Underdog Automotive team during the 2026 SEMA Show

Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"):

Approximately $4,000–$6,000, depending on airfare, lodging rates, and travel origin.

No substitution, transfer, or cash redemption is permitted except at Sponsor's sole discretion.

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize or prize component with one of equal or greater value if necessary.

7. Prize Limitations

Unless specifically stated, the prize does not include:

Meals
Alcoholic beverages
Souvenirs
Spending money
Travel insurance
Passport or identification costs
Personal transportation not specifically arranged by Sponsor
Incidental hotel charges
Any expenses not expressly listed as part of the prize

Winner and guest are solely responsible for all additional expenses.

8. SEMA Attendance

The SEMA Show is a trade-only event.

Admission is available to general public on Friday of event. Winner and guest can only attend Friday of event.

Winner and guest must:

Meet all SEMA attendee eligibility requirements.
Complete any registration or documentation required by SEMA.
Comply with all SEMA rules and policies.

If SEMA denies registration or changes attendance requirements, Sponsor may substitute an alternate prize of equal or greater value or modify travel arrangements at its sole discretion.

9. Winner Selection

One potential winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about:

October 15, 2026

from all eligible entries received.

Odds of winning depend entirely upon the total number of eligible entries received.

Sponsor's decisions are final.

10. Winner Notification

Winner will be contacted using the information provided during entry.

Winner must respond within seven (7) calendar days.

Failure to respond may result in forfeiture of the prize.

Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner if:

Winner cannot be contacted.
Winner fails verification.
Winner declines the prize.
Winner is otherwise ineligible.

11. Winner Verification

Sponsor may require the winner to provide:

Government-issued identification
Proof of eligibility
Signed affidavit of eligibility
Liability/Publicity Release (where permitted by law)

Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in disqualification.

12. Taxes

Winner is solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes arising from acceptance of the prize.

If required by law, Sponsor may issue applicable tax reporting documents.

13. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner's:

Photograph
Video
Voice
City and State

for promotional, advertising, and marketing purposes in any media worldwide without additional compensation.

14. Travel Conditions

Travel dates shall be determined by Sponsor based upon the official SEMA Show schedule.

Airline, hotel, and travel arrangements are selected solely by Sponsor.

Winner and guest are responsible for possessing valid government-issued identification required for air travel.

Guest must execute any documentation reasonably required by Sponsor.

Failure of the winner or guest to travel on scheduled dates may result in forfeiture of unused portions of the prize.

15. Reservation of Rights

Sponsor reserves the right to:

Modify these Official Rules.
Suspend the Sweepstakes.
Cancel the Sweepstakes.
Extend the Sweepstakes.
Substitute prizes.
Correct clerical or technical errors.

if circumstances beyond Sponsor's reasonable control make administration of the Sweepstakes impossible, impractical, or unfair.

16. Technical Issues

Sponsor is not responsible for:

Lost entries
Delayed entries
Corrupted submissions
Internet interruptions
Email failures
Website outages
Payment processor delays
Human error
Printing errors
Technical malfunctions

Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt.

17. Fraud Prevention

Sponsor reserves the right to investigate any suspected fraud.

Any person attempting to:

Circumvent these Official Rules,
Manipulate entry counts,
Use stolen payment methods,
Submit false information,
Engage in chargebacks to retain entries,

may be permanently disqualified from this and future promotions.

18. Release of Liability

By participating, entrants release and hold harmless:

Meta
Facebook
TikTok
YouTube
Google

and each of their respective officers, employees, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns from any liability arising out of participation in this Sweepstakes or acceptance, travel, or use of the prize, except where prohibited by law.

19. Limitation of Liability

Sponsor shall not be liable for:

Indirect damages
Incidental damages
Consequential damages
Punitive damages

arising from participation in the Sweepstakes to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

20. Force Majeure

Sponsor shall not be responsible if the Sweepstakes or prize cannot be completed due to events beyond Sponsor's reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Acts of God
Natural disasters
Terrorism
Government action
Pandemic
Airline cancellations
Labor disputes
Civil unrest
Internet failures
Venue cancellation

Sponsor may substitute an alternate prize or modify the promotion accordingly.

21. Privacy

Information collected during the Sweepstakes will be used solely for administration of the Sweepstakes and in accordance with Sponsor's applicable privacy practices.

Marketing communications may be sent where permitted by law. Participants may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time without affecting Sweepstakes eligibility.

22. Governing Law

These Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from this Sweepstakes shall be resolved exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Collin County, Texas.

Participants waive any right to participate in class-action litigation relating to this Sweepstakes to the extent permitted by applicable law.

23. Severability

If any provision of these Official Rules is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
